The Stellenbosch City Orchestra returns to the beautiful Lourensford Wine Cellar for two unforgettable evenings celebrating the very best of South African music. Join us on 14 and 15 August at 19:30 for The South African Songbook — a powerful, nostalgic journey through the songs that have shaped a nation.

Featuring iconic hits made famous by legends such as Jannie du Toit, Juluka, Johannes Kerkorrel, Johnny Clegg, Coenie de Villiers, Mango Groove, PJ Powers, Amanda Strydom, Miriam Makeba, Gé Korsten, Laurika Rauch and Bright Blue, this spectacular production brings these timeless songs to life in rich symphonic style.

Starring acclaimed soloists Lynelle Kenned and Timothy Moloi, and conducted by Paul van Zuilenburg, the concert promises soaring melodies, heartfelt nostalgia, and moments that will have you singing along.
